Shipping And Returns
We are carrying on shipping orders all around the world but there will be some delays, your orders may possibly take an extra week or two to arrive if you're an international customer. Our UK customers should have no more than a two or three days delay on top of the estimated shipping time in receiving their orders. All our orders are now sent tracked from 04/05/20 and you will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times are there as an indication and we cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched. We hope you understand and continue to look after yourself and people around you as much as you can.

We aim to process all orders within 48 hours, however this is subject to change during busy periods such as Christmas and sale periods. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will be notified via email.
We deliver to all UK mainland address, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Deliveries will arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. All Items are sent either first class or first class signed for (option available at checkout).
International deliveries are sent tracked or standard international via Royal Mail (option available at checkout).

We accept returns up to 14 days after receiving your item if it is still in original packaging . Please contact us if you would like to return an order. We are not able to resend orders that are returned to us by Royal Mail or their international delivery partners. If your order is returned to us you will be refunded for the item total. Please note delivery costs are non-refundable unless we are liable for mistakes on the shipping label.
